Before joining us, Alicia thrived as a Practice Manager in an Audit company in Brisbane, where her background in finance honed her skills for success. Bringing her wealth of experience Alicia assumed the role of Practice Manager with finesse.
Alicia efficiently oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, seamlessly managing financial administration, IT requirements, and much more. Her impeccable organisational prowess keeps the team on course, while her logical approach ensures the office functions like a well-oiled machine. Alicia’s thoughtful gestures, like never forgetting a team member’s birthday or anniversary, foster a warm and inclusive workplace culture.
When she’s not immersed in office affairs, Alicia finds solace in the simple pleasures of life. Whether engrossed in a good book, tackling crossword puzzles, or spending quality time with her partner and the true ruler of their household, Mocha the Maltese (also known as our office pup), Alicia embraces each moment with joy.
